The Face Behind TheOliveParent

I've FINALLY done it! I got glammed up, which means makeup consisting of mascara and lip gloss. I had a picture up on this blog, a time or two, but was never happy with the way it looked.

Soooo, I took pictures with my baby, Linjila and gave my oldest daughter specific instructions to get my good side at all costs.

"Don't worry about how the baby looks." I told her. "Babies look effortlessly cute, even when bald with no make-up."

Naturally, she was quite photogenic, except when she got all squirmy and blurred her face in the picture. Of course, when that happened, I took a fairly photogenic picture and never got another one like it again. So baby got cropped out. You'll see her pudgy arm on my right.  :) :) :)

  1. I really like it! Happy to finally see the face behind the blog. :)

  2. Thanks Ani! My next goal is to get all the babes pic up. The requires hair cuts, hair dos and clean shirts.

  3. Pretty picture!

Thanks for the follow. I am now following you with GFC :)

  4. So glad to see the person behind the blog! You look great :)

  5. Nice to put a face with a blog! Pretty picture!

  6. Thanks everyone! It was just a matter of taking the time to get it done. I feel better now that I'm not such a mystery any more :)
