  1. Tracfone also has a great budget way for seniors to own a phone. Seniors often need a phone with large keys and a loud speaker. It must be simple to use and cheap to own. The Tracfone SVC fits the bill in every way and is an excellent deal for seniors. The phone only costs $15 from K Mart and can be operated for as little as $7 a month.
