Thanksgiving Tips For The Breast Feeding Mom

Avoid consuming excessive amounts of Sage. Sage is known to reduce your milk supply. Consuming a regular amount will not affect your supply, but you may want to notify those who plan to cook to use sage in a reasonable amount. See Sage Tea & Tincture

ROOIBOS TO THE RESCUE
A nice cup of Rooibos tea will soothe that achy tummy. Rooibos is naturally caffeine-free and is considered a balm for the belly. Rooibos is good for children as well.
