The Ultimate contains 60 soft gels in lemon flavor. The soft gels are pretty big, which I found reasonable given it’s name. :) Even if they were small, I wouldn’t be able to swallow them. I’ve ALWAYS had issues with swallowing capsules and pills my entire life. So, I had to puncture the gel with my teeth and squeeze the oil out. The oil had a yummy lemon flavor. The best part is, it hardly tastes of fish! My husband enjoyed taking the Omegas knowing, he was supplementing his health. Even more important, as he is pursuing an athletic & active lifestyle.

My family is essential, of course, but I also need a couple of dogs in my life!
ReplyDeleteGod, my husband, and our daughters.
ReplyDeletehealth, laughing, my husband, and our 2 dogs are essential to me!!
ReplyDeleteMy sister, my dad, and my longhaired dachshund therapy dog, Ralphie, are at the dog park getting some much needed exercise. (We run around with Ralphie trying to get him some exercise too). They are the most important three people (yes, Ralphie counts as a "people," haha) to me in this world and these are the times I cherish in being with all three. I try to take the best care of my family (Dad resists and is constantly having to go back on diets, however) that I can, including both Ralphie and I being on omega-3 supplements to help with our allergies, and that seems to help the allergy medication we take (not the same one of course) in efficacy. One's health is of the utmost importance, because if you don't your health, you don't have very much at all, do you?
ReplyDeleteWhat's essential is moving forward in this world in the most positive manner I can muster. -With kindness, compassion, and sustainability in mind.
ReplyDeleteWhat is essential in my life is my family and friends and keeping healthy.
