I realize I'm a few days behind this news story, nevertheless, NIP (Nursing In Public) is a worth while cause and Beyonce's "endorsement" of it bears repeating.

Breastfeeding advocates are rejoicing and praising Beyonce after the pop star was spotted breastfeeding her 7-week-old daughter, Blue Ivy, while dining at NYC’s Sant Ambroeus restaurant Saturday with her husband, Jay-Z.A megastar helps to take away the stigma of nursing in public, experts said. I have to agree. The reason why the general public has such a negative view on public nursing, is because of the standard that has been set. Many times those standards are set by those in the public eye. Needless to say, I was thrilled to hear she fed her baby in the restaurant she was dining. No one would dare tell Beyonce to go nurse in the bathroom! That same respect needs to be extended to ALL moms, whether she's a superstar or not.

Good job Beyonce! You've officially redeemed yourself from the hospital fiasco!
