Here's the information for the second prenatal vitamins I've been considering. I'm definitely leaning towards New Chapter. Not only is it food-based, but it incorporates herbs, minerals and vitamins. It's has great reviews on Amazon; 40 five star reviews, 6 four star reviews and 3 three star reviews. There have been some complaints that New Chapter is low in calcium, but according to S.Lancaster from New Chapter, calcium and iron are not supposed to be taken together, hence the low calcium dose.
